Her passion for growth and deeper market understanding ultimately led her to transition into commercial real estate, where she has excelled ever since. Today, Sarah leads Sora CRE’s retail and office practice, leveraging her analytical rigor and deep-rooted submarket relationships to guide clients through complex transactions with confidence. Known for her meticulous approach, she carefully evaluates every aspect of a deal to uncover value and mitigate risk. Mikayel brings 6 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions and industrial leasing and sales. A University of Maryland, College Park graduate, he built his career by developing a deep understanding of market fundamentals and a straightforward approach to getting deals done. He works closely with clients to navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments bringing the submarket knowledge and transaction experience needed to move with conviction in a competitive environment. A significant part of his edge comes from his ability to source off market opportunities, giving clients access to deals that never hit the open market. Mikayel is known for his attention to detail and ability to structure transactions that create real value.
